Carnival Sponsorship

All business donor names will be acknowledged as follows:
  • Prominently displayed on the Sponsor’s Board on Carnival night
  • Listed on the Barton Hills Elementary PTA website
The cash value of your contribution to Barton Hills Elementary PTA is tax deductible since we are a qualified 501-C-3 non-profit organization. (Tax Identification number 74-6086853). There are several sponsorship opportunities for the event and seven different levels available:

Annual Fund Donations and PTA Membership

Membership in the Barton Hills PTA helps support our wonderful students, teachers, staff, and programs. When you make a donation to our Annual Fund, you will automatically become a PTA member!

Important: When you check out, please fill in the field "How would you like Annual Fund gift acknowledged?" with how you want to be acknowledged in PTA publications. (The Smith Family, Joe and Donna Smith, Anonymous, etc.)

 

Bald Eagle: $200+ $

 

Eagle: $150

 

Eaglet: $100

 

Hatchling: $50

 

Nest Egg: $25

 

PTA Membership Fee Only: $11.50

 

Golden Eagle/Grandparents $

Any amount gifted by a grandparent will be recognized at the Golden Eagle level.
